We are a IRS 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization, and as such, any monies or items of value (airplanes, parts, tools, equipment, appreciated securities, money) that you donate qualify for a full fair market value deduction on your income tax return as a charitable deduction. If in doubt, ask your tax adviser. We will fax, email or mail a copy of the IRS ruling as to our 501(c)(3) status to any interested parties. We will also mail to all interested parties a prospectus of the museum goals. Any items on put on public display will include a story of the item, along with the donors name and city of residence.

Any contributors names, unless otherwise directed, will be available to the public as directed by Internal Revenue Code.
